How do I get my items?
We are a North East based business and therefore are offering you options for collection or delivery:
- Collect from North Eastern Championships - we will be at the Start Fitness stand at the North Easterns with all orders received before 7 December
- Collect from us - we are based in Brunswick NE13 7GB, you may collect more than one order
- Post direct - we can post direct to you in 1-2 working days, there is a charge for this service
PLEASE NOTE - You may still be asked for a delivery address if choosing a "Collect" option - we will ONLY deliver if you choose the delivery option
How good are the items?
We use high quality photographic paper and studio grade printing techniques for all of our items assuring you of a high quality finish
Our bag tags are fully waterproof
If unsure of what to add you may choose plain and the back will be white with no writing - this means you can write anything on the back with a simple permanent marker pen
Will mine look exactly the same as this?
Some customisations will require us to change fonts sizes or layout slightly.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for all purchases of 3 or more items.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for all purchases of 3 or more items. All of our items are hand made in the UK (excluding raw materials)

Yes! Please contact us to discuss other clubs - design fees may apply
Do you offer refunds?
No - as each print is made for an individual we are unable to offer refunds, however we will work with you to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase
Any errors present on orders details will incur a nominal £3.00 re-print fee, no exceptions
All breakages will be replaced no questions asked.
